Dear Jackie-san, I was very much surprised to hear that you have passed away. That is too early in our age as you are same age with me. The night of 11th Feb, I went to bed early, but in my dream I was transferred to KDE again and I was guided through the company, and at that time I met Jackie and I said "Hello, Nice to meet you again!" and you said “ Hello, Nagata-san!” with your usual voice. I'm grateful that you came to me to say hello in my dream last night. While I was at KDE, I was always cheered up by Jackie as you are always fine. After that, when I called KDE from South Africa where I was transferred from Holland, We always talked each other and I received energy from you. I'm really thankful to you. Please take a good sleep! Sincerely yours, Yoshinori Nagata

My deepest condolences… Jackie was the second person I met when I joined Kyocera. I will never forget how nice she was that day saying, “Welcome”. At any time, I stopped by at the reception we used to have small chats about how my family was doing in Venezuela because she read something terrible on the news about my country. She taught me how to pronounce my address at that time “Ronderburglaan”. Thanks for your friendship .. RIP.

Rust zacht. Heel veel liefs , Maarten (van B).

I am shocked and saddened by the terrible news. Jacky was the first person I met at the company, and he received me with a warmth and kindness that I will never forget. He always asked me about my family and how everything was going. He had with me, as with other colleagues, a close relationship that went beyond a simple work relationship. We will miss you so much Jackie.

My first memory of my first visit to the old Mita headquarters 25 years ago was your smile and your warm welcome. Since that moment, I always enjoyed your kindness, your joy and that ever lasting smile. I will never forget your support to me and my family when I was living in Amsterdam, and I cannot believe that you are gone now. I will pray for you and your family. For all the Kyocera family, this is a terrible loss.

Dear Jackie, I will really miss you. We knew each other from the beginning and had our moments where a smile and a tear always prevailed. We made many memories with regularity and I appreciated your empathy and we were always there for each other when a situation arose. You know....the beauty of memories is that no one can take them away from you because they remain forever in your thoughts and in your heart. I want to wish Andy and Jackie's family a lot of strength during this difficult time.

Groet Jorrit

Dear Jackie, When I talked to you for the first time, I thought what a friendly and easy person to talk to. That was back in 2004. You always attracted people in front of your nice corner and talked with you. I do not know how you do it, you remembered my personal stuffs and enquired whenever I saw you in the office, not forgetting to send a Christmas card. I bet you bought a lot of Christmas cards to send so many people around you. Since your retirement last year I expected a party (after COVID is stabilized) in the company to celebrate your retirement. People will forget other's name after time passes but definitely not you. You were such an icon of Kyocera and brought smile to many of us. How sorry I am that you have gone so soon. Hope you are having a fun and laugh where you are at the moment. Still cannot believe this ...

Dear Jackie, You have been the bright and shining window of our company for so many years. You were so supportive with a smile to everyone. I have enjoyed our conversations since my first visit to the office in 2004, until the last time I spoke to you in person, just outside of the front door of the office last July. You were looking forward to your retirement and the things you were planning with your husband. It is very hard to believe that you are gone. Thank you for all the memories. I pray for you and wish all the strength and love to the family and friends in the coming period. Rest in peace.

Dear Jacky, For most people that come to Kyocera office (or Mita in the past) you were the first person to meet. That was the same for me when I entered the Mita office for my job interview in January 1993. Since then you were always there. Always smiling, always interested in the other person and always a person to talk with. I feel extremely sad that you had to leave us in this way and still so young. You were looking forward to your retirement and full of plans. I wish Andy and your family all the strength they need to recover from this loss.

We leefden dagenlang in spanning.

Never again "Dag Buuf" This was our cry as soon as we talked to each other or ran into each other on the street. We were neighbours for a little over 25 years. The last 13 years even colleagues when I came to work for Kyocera Mita Netherlands. Your cheerfulness was so wonderfully infectious. How shocked I was when the ambulance arrived for you on that fateful Monday night. And how we sympathized with Andy, while kept informed by other neighbours, for the next two weeks. Now this final goodbye, it is terrible. Our thoughts are with Andy. Anja and Peter

I cannot believe I will not see your smile again. A lifetime of friendship - sharing all of the ups and downs that came along. So many memories. Growing up next door to each other in Plymouth, England. Child hood games, Saturday morning cinema, picnics & exploring. Horse riding, singing in the choir, youth club & so much more. Then we moved overseas. Me to Bermuda (& then the Cayman Islands) & you to the Netherlands. Subsequent holiday visits. Your marriage to Andy on the beach here in Grand Cayman. Your last visit in 2019 to celebrate the year of your 25th wedding anniversary & your 65th birthday. So many exchanged cards, messages, jokes & photos. Lots of laughter & tears along the way. The thought of never seeing you again brings tears to my eyes. And even more so, because all of this was such a shock for us all. But we should never question what God has planned. Sometimes it's not meant for us to understand. So as we sit here and mourn the loss of our beloved friend, We have to keep telling ourselves that we’ll meet again. I’m grateful that I could meet you, thank you for the memories and everything you taught me. Rest in peace dearest Jackie. Andy and family, my thoughts are with you.

Dear Jackie, I still can't believe you are gone. You have been for me over 8 years the familiar face when entering the office. Always cheerful, sweet and so so kind. Always there to listen and to make me and others feel at home. I would have wished your journey took a different path, but sadly it didn't. You will be missed deeply. Whatever is out there, I hope you find peace dear and keep your beautiful smile on. My deepest condolences to Andy, family and friends. xxx

Dear Jackie, Looking at all these lovely and beautiful messages here, it is clear what you have meant to all of us. It is not often that you come across such a beautiful personality, kind, smart, funny that is able to become a friend to so many. You have touched our live and I still read our messages and think about the Xmas Parties, the dinners we went to after work or just us generally talking about when we should go to the gym again (which wasnt often, I know). I struggle to come to terms with these news and my heart goes out to Andy and your family. It is so very hard and I wish them all the strength in the world during this difficult time. Jackie, we will meet again and until then lots of love and we will never forget you! Kathrin

Unbelievable, unfair and way to soon you were taken from us. I cherish so many great and fun moments with you, for which I am really thankful. By far one of the best moments was the ride home after our team event. I offered you an adventure on the back of my scooter. First you laughed, but eventually you accepted the challenge. Since it was something you had never done before you were really exited. You screamed and squeezed me all the way home, but most of all we laughed and had so much fun. You even instructed Andy to open the front door so he could witness the moment. The next day you thanked me for realizing one of your bucket list items. Dear Jackie, thank you for your kindness, laughter, valuable life lessons, great sense of humor and so much more. It was an honor to know you and work with you. Andy and family, my thoughts are with you. With love, Kim

Dear Jackie, I find it difficult to believe. You were one of those people that could easily make everyone feel at home, you were funny, friendly, and kind-hearted. You could make any day brighter with your personality from behind your desk. I can still feel your warmth and love from the last time we said goodbye to each other. I hope you find the peace you deserve. Much love. My heart goes out to Andy and the family.

So sad to hear that Jackie passed away. I knew her only slightly from my infrequent visits to Hoofdoorp but after a long journey it was always lovely to be welcomed by her warm smile on my arrival. You were the first person I met in the Netherlands and the best friend I could have asked for. I am so grateful that fate drew us together and I will miss you more than you will ever know x. I still can’t believe this is real. You always have so much and never asked for anything in return and the amount of love shown since you passed is a testament to the amazing lady we all know, love and miss. We had so many more memories to make and giggles to have but I know we will meet again. Until then shine bright my friend abs see you on the other side xx
